The coach behind
the race number

From track to trail, from elite competition to passing it on: my path has one thread running through it, a passion for running and the urge to let you live it fully.

My story

A runner first, a coach for good

I spent a large part of my life with a race number pinned to my chest. Elite running taught me everything: discipline, patience, and the art of pushing your limits without breaking yourself.

Today, what I love above all is passing it on. Watching a runner who doubted themselves cross their first finish line, break their record, or simply rediscover the joy of running: that's my real victory. My own results are behind me; your progress is ahead of us.

The record

What the road and the trails gave me

Concrete markers, earned on tarmac and on trails. The best guarantee that the advice I give you is advice I tested on myself first.

Templiers winner

First-ever winner of the Festival des Templiers, one of the landmark races in French trail running. A memory carved in stone, and a laurel wreath that still holds me to a standard today.

2:21 marathon

A personal best over the classic distance, the fruit of years of methodical work. That experience of racing the clock feeds every plan I build for my road runners.

Former pro runner

Elite sport taught me planning, pacing and mental preparation. Hard-won knowledge that I translate into sessions anyone can follow, whatever your level.

The path

Step by step

A path leading from elite competition to passing it on, without ever leaving the trails.

The early days

Track and road

Trained in the school of athletics and distance running, I discovered early on a taste for long efforts and for the precision of the clock.

The elite years

Professional runner

Years of competing at the highest level, a marathon in 2:21. Training discipline became second nature.

Trail running

Festival des Templiers winner

The move to trail and mountain running, crowned by victory in the very first edition of what became a legendary race.

Today

Full-time coach

I devote my experience to one-to-one coaching: passing it on, adjusting, encouraging, and watching my runners succeed.

Press & media

What has been written about my career

The articles and features published about my running career and my coaching work. They say where I come from better than I could.

How I see coaching

No magic formula, no off-the-shelf plan

I believe in coaching that respects the individual: their body, their schedule, their mind. These are the principles behind every athlete I work with.

01

Bespoke first

No plan gets reused. I start from your actual level, your constraints and your goal to build training that looks like you.

02

Progression

We move up in steps, listening to the body. Far better to arrive whole and confident than burnt out three weeks from the goal.

03

The human relationship

A coach who replies, who adapts, who knows you. Trust is what really drives lasting performance.

Shall we build your next goal together?

Tell me about your race project. I'll tell you honestly how I can help.
